Facebook Devolping Video Application to Rival Snapchat

Facebook is working on a video chat application to compete with Snapchat ephemeral popular messaging application , according to reports.


It has come to know that the app has been in development for the last couple of months and could be released as early as this month.

Facebook tried to acquire Snapchat for $ 3 billion in November last year, but was rejected by the start , at the time that 5 million new users register each day.

A Suite of Independent Mobile Applications

Slingshot sat with other mobile applications in different positions of Facebook that are not directly connected to the primary experience of Facebook, including text messaging application of social network , Facebook Messenger and photo sharing service #Instagram.

Heads of Facebook can still decide to leave the new application, which is still in development, but this is not the first attempt by the company to challenge Snapchat . Disappear forever ' or not
